Your Mission at Travelcoup

• Processing flight bookings and issuing tickets
• Handling charter requests, creating charter offers
• Communication/customer service with customers and partners
• Active and productive cooperation with our operator
• Support with flight planning and schedule changes
• Preparing flight briefings and messages to passengers
• Support with general administrative tasks

What is expected of you?

• Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with initial experience in the tourism and aviation industry
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Careful and structured way of working with an eye for detail
• Customer-oriented and flexible working style
• Experience with Adobe, MS Office, desirable also GDS and Aero CRS
• A committed and flexible personality
• A customer-oriented, confident and friendly manner
