K5-Aviation GmbH currently operates three Airbus A319 corporate jets, an Airbus A330 and a Global 7500 in worldwide service with a growing fleet. For our cabin crew members, we are looking to strengthen our team in our office in Moosburg an der Isar as soon as possible.

These are your tasks

• Focus: Responsibility for cabin crew members
• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and internal specifications
• Further development, motivation and monitoring of the personal and professional training and further education of the cabin crew (especially in the service area)
• Development of new and tailor-made work processes, including the creation of manuals
• Development of quality management and communication processes in the Cabin Crew department
• Promotion of functional cooperation and the exchange of information with the relevant internal departments (Crew Control, Crew Training, Sales, Dispatch, Handling)
• Support with purchasing and contract negotiations with top performers (e.g. training)
• Communication with authorities (e.g. airport, German Federal Aviation Authority)
• Other administrative tasks

With your profile, you complement our team

• Training in the field of economics, air traffic management or similar, also relevant training in personnel management or the hotel industry
• Experience in the operational area of an airline or leadership experience in human resources or project management
• VIP Service Experience
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Fluent communication in German and English
