Housing Support: USD 600

Commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets per rotation (Home/NOD ↔ Base)
Non-commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets for the employee and direct family members, provided twice per year (Base ↔ Home/NOD)
Alternative travel arrangements may be agreed upon, provided the total number of tickets is not increased
Annual Leave:
Commuting: Covered through OFF-rotation
Non-Commuting: 30 calendar days for residential expat contracts + up to 24 additional days based on annual flight hours

Pre-employment:

Captain – Position Requirements
Valid ATPL with current A320 type rating (A318 / A319 / A320 / A321)
Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate
No history of alcohol or substance misuse (as confirmed by CAA)
Successfully completed a Command Course acceptable to the SCAA
Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
Minimum 1,500 hours as Commander (left seat only)
Cruise Captain time not acceptable
PIC time as First Officer not acceptable
Flight time on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 60 tons or equivalent, subject to assessment
Must have flown as Commander within the last 12–18 months, with a minimum of 200 flight hours as Commander, subject to operational assessment
No accident/incident record where the pilot was found at fault
English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher (verbal & written)
Medical and English language proficiency certificates may be expired at the time of submission, provided they are updated prior to simulator check in case of successful outcome
Age limit: up to 60 years
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: USD 9,500
Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewed annually for a minimum of 3 years
