Your tasks

• Administrative support for cabin crew from entry to exit
• Maintenance of crew master data and qualifications in the relevant systems (AIMS)
• Participation and co-design of assessment centres for cabin crew
• Close cooperation with the Head of Cabin
• Participation in employee appraisals
• Support with internal audits 
• Communication with crews, training department, flight operations 
• Support with projects and process optimisation 
• General organisational and administrative activities

What you bring with you

• Aviation-related training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the aviation environment or in an administrative role is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with AIMS an advantage
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and regulated environment
