- A strong direct sourcing track record: you can reach top talent others can't.
- Deep understanding of the EASA pilot market: salary, type-rating bonds, benefits, movement patterns.
- Ability to negotiate with candidates and secure their commitment.
- Hands-on mentality: you thrive on action, results, and building pipelines quickly.
- Experience collaborating with Flight OPS and HR and actively participating in interviews and selection.
