Your profile

3-5+ years in aviation recruiting (EASE environment), with proven cockpit hiring success in General Aviation.
A strong direct sourcing track record: you can reach top talent others can't.
Deep understanding of the EASA pilot market: salary, type-rating bonds, benefits, movement patterns.
Ability to negotiate with candidates and secure their commitment.
Hands-on mentality: you thrive on action, results, and building pipelines quickly.
Experience collaborating with Flight OPS and HR and actively participating in interviews and selection.
