Who We’re Looking For

We are looking New Grad - Cabin Crew Members who are passionate about aviation safety, customer experience and teamwork, and who will represent BBN Airlines Türkiye in line with our service standards on every flight. The base for this position will be Antalya and may be adjusted according to operational requirements.

Job Description

• Ensuring cabin safety and security in accordance with company procedures and aviation authority regulations,
• Delivering a high standard of service to ensure passenger satisfaction,
• Acting as a professional brand representative of BBN Airlines Türkiye at all times.

What It Takes

• You are a graduate of schools approved by civil aviation and hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation certificate.
• You are at least 20 years old.
• Your minimum qualification is high school graduate (Grade 12) with a recognized diploma.
• Your height meets cabin safety and uniform standards; and at least 165cm tall and can reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, to enable you to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types
• You have no criminal or criminal archive record.
• You are confident in swimming.
• You have no visible tattoos, piercings, scars or marks when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as a mandatory requirement.
• You meet medical fitness requirements and have no conditions that would restrict flight duties.
• You are flexible and available for domestic and international operations, including overnight and extended duties.
• You are willing to relocate to assigned base according to operational requirements.
