Prepare data and information required by the regulation to dispatch aircraft.
Analyse data and decide whether the flight can be dispatched safely, and file ATC Flight Plan is in accordance with regulations.
Ensure that all crew scheduled are informed and confirmed before the commencement of any flight
Supervise the performance of the company representative or ground handling agent appointed at the airport
Liaise and coordinate with the airport authority and agencies
Monitor, maintain, and update the Company’s manuals and documents required for the flight operations
Prepare a monthly report of the flight operation as required
Willing to be assigned duty out of station or duty at the office if needed.
