SkyAlps is a fast-growing regional aviation company based in Bolzano and is currently looking for a Crew Scheduling Assistant (m/f/d) to join its team.
Main responsibilities:
- Entering and updating operational data in the flight management system;
- Managing operational changes, monitoring and resolving delays and unplanned crew unavailability;
- Ensuring coverage of additional activities by re-planning duties with minimal impact on subsequent rotations;
- Liaising with flight crew for rotation assignments, reserve activation, and rescheduling;
- Cooperating with the Operational Control Center (OCC) in handling operational irregularities;
- Optimizing resource allocation in full compliance with applicable regulations;
- Managing basic administrative tasks and document filing;
- Reviewing and monitoring crew rotations.
Ideal candidate profile:
- High school diploma;
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry;
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- Accuracy, patience, and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically and courteously with various stakeholders;
- Team-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Residence in the surrounding area or willingness to relocate.
